All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries starting at $15.99. International shipping may take approximately 4 Weeks from the date of finished product.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all applicable taxes and duties (VAT, GST, etc...) that their governing body requires in order to release and process their shipment into their country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you are in the USA and haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@staticgaze.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you ordered international please allow 4 weeks from shipping date and check with all of your customs, tax offices, and governing bodies that may hold your shipment in order to collect taxes before reaching out to us,

Track Your Order

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Our Refund Policy

We accept returns for domestic USA orders up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. International order are not eligible for return

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@staticgaze.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
